This toner is very nice for sensitive and oily skin. It's not stripping/exfoliating (which is what I was using morning and night before) and I can already tell the different. My skin is not as bumpy, especially on the cheeks, and it feels moisturized.
This toner is wonderful for hydrating my skin.
